Tai Chi Ch'uan

This is a Chinese Martial arts class that is relaxing yet empowering exercise, a dance, and a moving meditation. Practicing Tai Chi improves memory and concentration, circulation, metabolism and overall strength. It creates a feeling of joy. Please wear comfortable clothes and flat shoes are recommended. Also bring a towel and water.This is an all encompassing exercise, designed for all ages to promote physical, mental, and emotional health.

This is an Ongoing Class: Mondays (Teen Center- 3600 A Santa Fe Ave.) Wednesdays (Community Center-3600 Santa Fe Ave.)

Time: 7:00-8:00 pm

$5.00 per class (please pay the instructor)

Mary Layton is a resident of Riverbank and the co-owner of Tai Chi in Modesto. Mary has been teaching Tai Chi for the past 35 years!
