Planning Commission (PC) - The Planning Commission was established by Ordinance No. 1981-018. The commission is comprised of five members, one serving as the Chairman and one serving as Vice Chairman. The Planning Commission meets every 3rd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chamber. Click here to view Agendas & Minutes
Redevelopment aGENCY (rda) - The Riverbank Redevelopment Agency is not longer in existance; all queires should be directed to the Designated Local Authority. Agendas of the Riverbank Redevelopment Agency are still available for you to see from 2003 to 2011. Click here to view Agenda & Minutes
LOCAL REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (LRA) - The City of Riverbank City Council adopted Resolution No.
2006-017 designating the City Council and the District 1 Supervisor of the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors as the LRA for the Riverbank Army Ammunition Plant, on February 13, 2006. On April 23, 2007, it was determined that the District 1 Supervisor of the Stanislaus County Board of Supervisors no longer has zoning jurisdiction over the Army Ammunitions Plant and by LRA Resolution No. 2007-001, was removed as a member of the Local Redevelopment Board. The LRA will prepare a Re-Use Plan as required under the base closure law and regulation to serve as the primary planning document that will establish the vision for the base redevelopment. PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY (PFA) - The PFA was established on July 9, 1990 by Resolution No. 1990-082. The purpose of the PFA is to alleviate the inefficiencies in administration, excessive costs, and the duplication of efforts in relation to the financing of the acquisition, leasing, and purchasing of property and equipment necessary for government operation. BUDGET ADVISORY COMMITTEE (BAC) - The Budget Advisory Committee was established on June 28, 2010 by Resolution No. 2010-079. This Committee was formed as a means to have more public participation in the budget process. The Committee will discuss and make recommendations, in an advisory role, to the City Council on projects, programs, and policies related to the City's operating budget. The Committee is comprised of seven (7) residents of the City of Riverbank, one Council representative, and a Council alternate. Click here to view Agendas & Minutes.
