The Riverbank Redevelopment Agency was reactivated on August 14, 2004, by Ordinance No. 2003-018.  Per Section 33200 of the Community Redevelopment Law the City Council declared itself to be said agency, in which case all rights, powers, duties, privileges and immunities of the Redevelopment Agency shall be vested in the City Council. 

The Redevelopment Agency meets on a "as needed" basis generally on the 2nd and 4th Monday of the month at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City of Riverbank City Hall.
