Administration Division

The Administration Division supports the entire Public Works Department.  This division handles all City Engineering which includes plan checking, inspections for subdivisions, subdivision off-site improvements, design of streets and traffic engineering.  Administration oversees all City projects, State and Federal Funding, and administers Grants.

Building Maintenance

City staff maintains all City buildings and facilities.

Garbage and Recycling

The City has a two can recycling system.  The black can is for garbage and recyclables only.  Recyclables should be co-mingled in a blue bag and placed in the black can.  The gray can is for yard waste and paper products. 

Graffiti

The City is responsible for removal of graffiti from public properties.  To report graffiti please, call the Graffiti Hotline at 209-869-7109 and leave a detailed message of where the graffiti is located.

Motor Pool

Perform repairs and preventive maintenance of City-owned vehicles and equipment.
