Riverbank Month of Reading

The month of March brings the return of the Riverbank Month of Reading to the schools within the Riverbank Unified School District.  This is the fourth-year for this reading program which is geared to help our children discover the exciting world of literature.  This year's program is Treasure Planet - Take a Journey to Discover the Joy of Reading, and is partnered and co-sponsored by:

Riverbank Rotary

TARGET

Galaxy Theatres

Barnes & Noble

Reading is Fundamental

Women of Action

City of Riverbank

Riverbank Unified School District

CASA del Rio Family Resource Center

Beginning at Riverbank TARGET Store on Sunday, March 2 with "TARGET's Annual "Read Across America" program, and ending on April 12 with the "Rotary and RIF Community Book Give Away" event, everyone should be able to "Discover the Joy of Reading"!  Detailed lists of upcoming events are linked here in English and Spanish.  Don't miss Dr. Seuss' birthday on March 3, or the Community Read-A-Thon on April 4!
