Public Financing Authority(PFA)  Agendas & Minutes

The PFA was originally established on July 9, 1990 through a Joint Powers Agreement between the City and the Industrial Development Authority (later replaced by the Redevelopment Agency).  The City Council serves as the Board and meets on an "as needed" basis.
