State Recycling Market Development Zone (RMDZ) Program
Businesses located within a "Zone", who generate a product using material that would have gone to the landfill, can qualify for a low-interest loan. In addition to loans, the RMDZ Program offers many other resources to assist businesses in developing and/or growing their business.
