Purpose
The City of Riverbank permits sidewalk vendor entrepreneurs to operate on approved public right-of-way and public property for sidewalk vending. Sidewalk vendors are permitted to sell food and merchandise on approved vending carts or kiosks. A Sidewalk Vending Permit is required to ensure that traffic from vehicles and pedestrians in the public right-of-way are not affected.
