Local Appointments
Government Code Section 54972, also known as the Maddy Act, requires that each legislative body, on or before December 31 of each year, shall prepare an appointments list of all regular and ongoing boards, commissions, and committees which are appointed by the legislative body of the local agency. This list is subject to change based on term expectations and resignations that occur during the year. For a current list of members, please contact the Office of the City Clerk at 209-863-7198 or email at cityclerk@riverbank.org. The Riverbank City Council will make appointments to the positions which will expire in, or may otherwise become vacant in the current year.
