Permit application packets may be obtained at the Development Services Department located at City Hall South, 6617 Third Street, Riverbank. Applications and forms may also be downloaded below. Completed applications and required forms may be submitted to the Development Services Department for processing. A Certificate of Liability with a CG 20 10 naming City of Riverbank as Additional Insured is also required for all permit types.
