Stacy Call proudly serves as the District 4 Councilmember for the City of Riverbank, elected in November 2024. A dedicated public servant, small business owner, and mother, Stacy brings a blend of real-world experience, energy, and passion to her role on the City Council.
Stacy is the owner of 108 Sports Lounge and Twin Rivers Saloon, two community hubs that reflect her commitment to local entrepreneurship and economic vitality. Before stepping into public office, she built a strong professional background in sales and management—serving as a District Sales Manager for Sysco, where she oversaw a multi-million dollar territory in the Central Valley. She also held key sales roles with FreshPoint and Central Garden and Pet, gaining deep insight into business development and customer service.
Currently, Councilmember Call represents Riverbank as the primary delegate to Cal Cities and the Stanislaus Homeless Alliance, and serves as the alternate representative to StanCOG and Project Resolve. She’s particularly known for leading donation drives and fundraisers that benefit causes ranging from Kern County Autism Network to disaster relief efforts, reflecting her passion for community action and giving back.
Her top priorities include:
Public safety
Support and growth of small businesses
Educational opportunities for youth outside the classroom
Stacy believes in leading with accountability, respect, collaboration, and above all, transparency. Her vision is a safe, inclusive, and connected Riverbank, where community members have a voice and feel empowered to shape the future.
Born and raised in Modesto, CA, Stacy has proudly called Riverbank home since 2018. She is a mother to a spirited five-year-old son and stepmom to two children—one currently in high school and another proudly serving overseas in the U.S. Air Force in Japan. As a current student and a long stay overseas, she brings a global perspective and relentless drive to her work.
In her spare time, you’ll find her playing monster trucks with her son, embarking on long car rides, or diving into her next community project. Known for being a “busy bee,” Stacy thrives when she’s working hard for her family, her businesses, and her city.
Councilmember Call is always available and welcomes communication from residents. You can reach her via email or cell phone, and she considers it an honor to serve and collaborate with her neighbors to make Riverbank great.
