Capital Projects/Traffic Engineering

The Capital Projects/Engineering Division is responsible for the short and long range planning, design, and construction of capital projects.  The goal of the department is to improve infrastructure reliability, increase safety, and provide better services for the residents of Riverbank.

The department reviews private land development projects, manages inspections for public works and private land development projects, manages City's traffic and roadway network, assists the public with general infrastructure engineering needs, design drainage and road improvements, provide construction management services on capital projects, provide technical guidance and review development proposals consistent with City Standards.

 

Capital Projects consist of improvements made to the City's public infrastructure.
