The City's current Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) consists of a five (5) year plan that is updated annually. This plan identifies the City's current and future capital needs and gives direction to staff on each project's priority. Funding for each project varies based on numerous factors and the CIP helps to identify those early in the process.
