About the Commission

The Planning Commission was established by Ordinance Number 1981-018. The Commission is comprised of 5 primary members and 1 alternate with 1 serving as the Chair and 1 serving as Vice Chair.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Planning Commission is to advise the City Council on matters of land use and the General Plan. The Commission makes recommendations for approval on planning projects and policies.
